About the Role:
We are seeking casual First Responders & Medics who will deliver first aid and medical services at the site of a major entertainment project in Perth. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be working amongst a respected team of health care professionals, to keep the community safe. You will be supported by our robust clinical governance frameworks including our 24/7 clinical consult phone support line.
Qualifications and Experience:
First Responders / Medics:
Higher or equivalent qualifications are accepted. We can assist you with sourcing suitable training if needed.
These roles are ideally suited for those who are experienced First Responders, Industrial Medics, Defense Force Medics or studying paramedicine at university. Previous special event and mass gathering medicine experience is highly desirable.
Positions are offered on a casual basis with shift times varying across the week. This is a fixed term casual contract from 15 July to 8 September 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing health services to patients within clinical scope.
- Ensuring patient care recording and incident reporting is completed within allocated timeframes.
- Following directions of 1300MEDICS supervisory and management team
